In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
A unique BBQ eatery that specializes in slow-smoked "Memphis style" meats, but offers a full range of fresh menu items including lightly breaded Catfish, hand-cut Steaks, Maple Glazed Salmon and Eye of Round Burgers infused with Pork Fatback.

Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem—not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
We are the home of the infamous "Chili Joe" - a fusion of Texas no bean chili and Southern sloppy joes. We serve it on our all beef hot dogs, our Macho Nachos and our Jo Jo's Fries. It also stands alone as a sam'ich or in a bowl topped with cheddar cheese. So, if you like spicy food that doesn't compromise flavor, we've got your new favorite.

From the 25 ingredients we meticulously meld to make our infamous "Chili Joe", to the 2 days we spend making authentic Boston Baked Beans, we don't take shortcuts, and we apply that resolve to everything we do. So, with 20 sides and a variety of homemade desserts, we can satisfy the most discriminating palate.
