Great camaraderie, fun atmosphere you can go at your own pace. No judgement zone. Fun and never boring. Variety of different workouts. Great for all ages.Best of all, burn up to 1000 calories in 1 hour. Within 3 1/2 sessions you can lose up to 1lb.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients stay motivated by having partner workouts, and by cheering each other on. Achievements are posted to Facebook, as well as weekly e-mails and text messages of motivation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am very passionate about the work I do, therefore; I want to help and inspire as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to help inspire people to achieve their goals. When people tell me how I motivate them or say "thank you" for pushing them, it means so much to me. That's the greatest feeling in life. The thing is it's their sweat on their shirt not mine. It's a value that builds legacy.
