With a deep passion for music and years of international experience, classical guitarist Ming-Jui Liu offers high-level, personalized guitar instruction for students of all ages and backgrounds. Ming-Jui is not only a professional performer but also a published composer whose works have been featured internationally by leading classical guitarists. His music has been published by Doberman-Yppan in Canada and performed in major festivals and concerts across the U.S. and Asia. His unique combination of artistry, teaching excellence, and technical insight makes his lessons both inspiring and effective.

Ming-Jui earned his Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Classical Guitar Performance and has performed in masterclasses and festivals throughout North America and Asia. He has studied with some of the world’s top guitarists and his deep understanding of classical repertoire, musical interpretation, and historical performance practices informs everything he teaches. His own compositions—including Springtime on the Muzha Line, The Magic Hour, and Summer Nights of Formosa—have been praised for their lyrical warmth and contemporary elegance, offering a rare bridge between East Asian imagery and Western classical traditions.

As an educator, Ming-Jui has taught students ranging from complete beginners to college-level musicians. He has also led seminars on Classical Guitar History and Introduction to Classical Guitar at top institutions. Ming-Jui's teaching approach is student-centered, drawing from each individual’s strengths while helping them overcome challenges through practical tools and clear guidance.
