What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people's look of pain and confusion disappear when they find out that we understand their problem and know how to fix it! I love it when people leave the office with smiles on their faces!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction i got from a patient was when her eyes welled up with tears and she asked 'Why didn't my surgeon know that people like you exist' ?
