Strategic intervention coaching is highly effective in that it gets to the core of your challenges and will get you results quickly. All coaching is by phone with an appointment. Three- and six-month programs are specially designed for specific areas of your life.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Even though I feel I’ve arrived at a wonderful place in life, I still have an insane level of the need to learn, grow, and contribute with love and connection to those that I am meant to serve. Every day I say a prayer, “please Lord set before me the people that need me."

What do you love most about your job? I feel it's an honor and privilege to be invited into someone's life who needs help. To be a trusted advisor and able to coach with insight, compassion, and strength that can change the course of history in their lives and the lives of their family.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? “Wow! Johnnie helped me to understand that my identity is not who I truly am. She helped me to reevaluate and reflect on my life. I am so excited to have found someone who understood my needs. I begin to understand I have a responsibility to embrace all of who I am and to live in harmony."
