They scheduled the lessons for my daughters without confirming with us. My daughters didn't come to that day due to sickness which I already called in the day before. They still counted those lessons so we was upset and we didn't even come for our other paid lessons. I dont know why they still redeemed our groupons. We bought 3 groupons but only used 1 actually.
