How would you describe your atmosphere?
Watson's is operated by a career bartender who truly enjoys hospitality. The location itself is a beautiful and historic building set along side a glorious brook. The interior is inspired by Victorian design with hints of prohibition and of course Sherlock Holmes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We opened Watson's with the desire to not only bring to the town its own quality restaurant, but we strive to be the best thing Putnam has to offer. We are proud to call Putnam Valley our home, and we are 100% motivated to make sure our food and drinks make us a destination for everyone.
