As kids, Jordan Fleischer and David Smith played together on a little league baseball team, roughing up each other and releasing extra energy and aggression in the process. As adults, they realized that they had no such outlet for stress, and that holding on to unreleased aggression was keeping them from fully enjoying their lives. That's why they started Enraged, a rage room where anyone can let out their anger in a safe, hazard-free space. After selecting their weapon of choice, clients can grab a crowbar, bat or hammer and whack at old out-of-date appliances to help release their frustrations. And Jordan and David make sure that their clients are safe while they're working out their stresses: each room is reinforced, and each client is dressed in safety gear to ensure that all that anger goes right where it should—into the 30-year-old television on the other side of the room.
