What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the premier CrossFit training facility in Brunswick County. Our goal at Leland CrossFit is to provide a safe and fun training environment for all levels of fitness. We understand that all of our members are at different levels of fitness and will make it our goal to see you reach yours!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit prescription of being "constantly varied" takes the boredom out of exercise and keeps out members motivated. In addition our coaching staff and members will push you, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable to ensure your success in meeting your goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Leland CrossFit was initially opened with a a primary focus on catering to the residents of Brunswick County. It was apparent that everyone who wanted to participate in CrossFit was forced to sit in traffic going over to Wilmington every day.

What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about my job. I love helping others meet their goals, interacting with the members of the gym, and making friends along the way.
