He was very helpful and knowledgeable at the shop. When I got our snowboards back they looked unlike any waxing job I've ever had done before. The first time using them was excellent. We haven't gotten a chance to use our snowboards again but I can tell the waxing and tuning job will hold up for at least a few more days on hill. I will certainly be back again.
