At his restaurant Chef Mike Teng strives to introduce the guests to the tastes he remembers from home. His recipes are inspired by the recipes from Hakka-speaking regions of China, and are available for both dining in and catering. On the menu, visitors can find:

• Mango Shrimp: Created for seafood lovers, this dish consists of shrimp mixed with mango, bell pepper, and red onion in spicy sauce.

• Teriyaki Salmon: Fish paired with aromatic grilled red onion and covered in teriyaki sauce.
