What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration in starting this business is to help people learn to love and trust themselves more by teaching them self-care strategies. I also want people to protect themselves better by having healthier boundaries with others.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people gaining better insight about themselves and becoming stronger and healthier individuals.
