My Healthy Day with Debra Koerner, Lexington

On June 11, folks looking to live healthier lifestyles will join Debra K at Lexington Healing Arts Academy for a day of wellness. During the My Healthy Day event, the host of PBS's Journey Into Wellbeing shares the five truths she's learned that help her "live a life filled with purpose and passion." Joining her for the day are other health and wellness experts, including Eric Stephenson, who teaches self-care massaging techniques, and certified nurse and midwife Susan Stone, who answers questions during a Q&A session. Everyone who attends will go home with $50 worth of freebies.
