With education in sports biology and certification in numerous fitness philosophies—such as nutrition, strength training, and functional movement—Rich Ruffing takes a multidisciplinary approach to personal training. At Accelerated Fitness, Rich draws on his broad expertise to help his trainees set and achieve their individual fitness goals, working one-one-one with trainees in customized private sessions or in larger group sessions that follow his own metabolic conditioning regimen.
