What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our menu is chef driven and as a result of customer testing over a five month period of time and includes appetizers such as broccoli bites, unique entrees such as Pork Chipotle Tenderloin and incredible desserts such as Cappuccino Crème Brulee and White Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Chicken Marsala features a pan seared chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto ham, fresh spinach and mozzarella topped with a rich mushroom marsala sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To develop a chef-driven menu that taps into the creativity of our talented chefs that would appeal to both our Lexington patrons as well as hotel guests from all over.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the surprise and smiles on people's faces when they realize how good the food tastes.
