Rebecca Noland believes women should support each other, which is one of the reasons she founded Lexington Live Fit. Rebecca understands the daily struggles of women because she has experienced them herself, from body-image issues and dietary pressure to the stress that comes along with everyday life. At Lexington Live Fit, she designs short workouts that harness the philosophy of Tabata circuit training—performing high-intensity exercises with short periods of rest in between. The workouts typically last 20 minutes and can help burn calories while also boosting metabolism.
