Worst workout for the money. Equipment was old, instructor was arrogant and not helpful. I could do a better, SAFER workout in my living room. If I wasn't half experienced lifting, I could have seriously injured myself.

Maybe have people come in for their one on one training to learn all the exercises as their first class. Or have a beginner class.
