Clients can change their hues with ammonia-free hair color, and Zoya nail polish—which is void of formaldehyde and tolene—marks the edges of fingers, toes, and football fields. The salon itself follows a sustainable standard: most of the furnishings are secondhand, many of the products used are packaged in 100% recyclable materials, and water is filtered rather than bottled or siphoned from a fish tank.
