Took awhile to get an appointment set up but came on day promised. The young man worked efficiently and quickly, seemed very knowledgeable about use of chemicals and proper way to care for hot tub.

Very hard to set up an appointment. Didn't show up or even bother to call for the first appointment. Vehicle was not marked as performance pool or spa at all. Had no id. Didn't come prepared. Wasn't too impressed at all.

I didn't really think he cleaned the tub and certainly did not clean the cover which is still very dirty but he did fix a leak that I really appreciated but I thought charged an awful lot $150 labor and $90 parts to rep in a little piece of flex hose
