Awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The process was explained and I was asked if I had any questions. I watched them open the vents and take pictures. Ugggg. What a mess. Everything was cleaned beyond my expectations and you would never have known they were here. I would highly recommend them.

Great service and experience with EM Duct Cleaning. Never had this done before so I didn't know what to expect. I was a little nervous when I saw all the hoses and equipment they were bringing out but they were AMAZING! They went through my house with such care and consideration. I even had my one year old sleeping in one of the bedrooms and they made sure to save that room for last. They were all very friendly too! They took my husband and I down to the basement and showed us the furnace and explained everything. Very trustworthy and personable. Not to mention - REASONABLY PRICED!! Would highly recommend!

EM Duct is definitely a company I would recommend. Deon and Erik where very meticulous and thorough on cleaning the entire duct system. They took their time to explain why one should have their ducts cleaned and after seeing the amount of dust built up through out the entire vents system is was well worth it. Complimentary dryer vent clean up was well needed. Thanks Deon and Erik great work guys.
