Santa Claws and Paws 5K, Little Elm

Even furry friends can get into the holiday spirit at the Frisco Humane Society's Santa Claws and Paws 5K and Fun Run, a fundraiser to support unwanted and homeless animals. From 8-9:30 a.m., runners and their leashed little ones navigate the track, galloping their way towards the finish line and the lure of the awards stand. It's all to benefit the Frisco Humane Society, an all-volunteer rescue group providing medical treatment and responsible foster home for cats and dogs looking for their forever homes.
