I paid for a delivery to be made on Feb 13th I called about 4:00 on the 13th and there had been a mix up and the flowers were still sitting in your building I was promised they would be delivered on the 14th and I called about 4:30 and the flowers were once again still sitting in your building. After a few minutes I guess it was the owner called and offered me my money back which I took and I received a check in the mail for the delivery only. So the bottom line of this situation with Cloverdale Florist is I did not get the flowers that were promised for Valentine's Day and I have payed for flowers I NEVER received. I do not intend to ever use this florist again nor will recommend you to anyone. David Caple office number 455-3168
