What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Inspiration to start this company was the need for quality analytical services in the region. Shortly after opening, Lodi Wine Labs expanded to offer equipment and products to both winemakers and brewers. We continue to be the premier destination for analytical services and supplies for home winemakers and brewers as well as commercial applications

What do you love most about your job?

The best part of the job is educating and assisting customers to craft the best possible beverage they can! All of our staff have a true passion for fermentation and continue to learn and grow and pass this information along to our customers

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We continually receive responses from customers that, with our guidance, they have produced their best wine or beer yet! Many of our customers are winners of awards in both home contests as well as national awards for commercially judged competitions
