Put the key on a safety pin so that you don't have to put the band around your wrist for the locker. Also don't put carpet on the spin room floor.

More weight lifting equipment is needed. The little that EDH has is overused. Customers have to wait. Often for young teens who have no gym eticate.

was a member at Twin Arbors (Lodi) from 10/2002 thru 9/2005… had to drop due to moving to Silicon Valley. Now that I'm back in the area, it's good to be back at Twin Arbors… love the place and the people.
