PilatesWorks started way back in 2009 at The Yoga Room, and continued to grow for the past 3 years as part of Workout Factory. PilatesWorks finally got its own dedicated home in the heart of LIC at 10-91A Jackson Avenue. Drawing from the best of the classical and contemporary Pilates systems the studio boasts 1000+ square feet of space, high-ceilings, natural light, and the finest Pilates apparatus equipment. The equipment includes 7 Balanced Body Reformers & Towers, Wunda Chairs, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and more!
