At Sweat Fitness NYC, students don’t just sweat from exertion—some of that perspiration might comes courtesy of the center’s heated studio. During the signature Hot Power Fusion courses, instructors crank up the heat for a class that fuses Pilates moves and yoga poses. The studio hosts room-temperature classes as well; pole-dance classes teach sultry spins and lifts, and Zumba sessions get feet moving with simple Latin dance moves. Regardless of the class, the supportive instructors regularly switch up their routines, preventing workout boredom without hanging really cool mobiles from the classroom ceiling.
