My style of massage is a fusion of Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. My work combines soothing techniques with deeper, focused work aimed at addressing acute or chronic issues within the body, mind, and spirit.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people feel less stress in their body mind and spirit, which allows them to tackle life with energy and joy.
