So very disappointed in hotel, because we were coming from Canada, we couldn’t go on our spring break holiday. Because of the Coronavirus, we would have to go into a 14:day quarantine upon entering Canada. Requested money returned, a big NO, we missed the cancellation terms by 1 day. Really!!!! We were planning on going down in the summer with the refund. I am now on the hook, THANk YOU.

I did not get a first floor two queen beds as there was a convention going on but other wise than that I can't complain much. If I would have got what I paid for THAN I would've left it 5 stars.
