Prime Strength and Fitness offers a wide variety of services to cater to the individual needs of each client. At Prime Strength and Fitness, we take pride in working hard and getting fast results, making us unique from our competition.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes include a wide variety of constantly changing exercises and may include tractor tires, jump ropes, intensive cardio, and weight lifting. By keeping variety in our workouts, our clients never get bored and maintain their motivation to get that fit and firm body they have always wanted.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Finding himself dissatisfied with other fitness programs making unrealistic promises using unproven methods, owner David Monzon set out to create something better. Combining his bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise science and years of experience, David has achieved the optimal program.
What do you love most about your job?
Prime Strength and Fitness helps people both achieve and surpass goals they never thought possible and get into the best shape of their life. Our program not only improves peoples’ physical health, but also their self-confidence, stress levels, and self-image.
