What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love cars, and being able to take care of cars and gives it a shine that catches everyone's attention had always been a dream for me. I enjoy seeing car shines as well as the smile customers have after seeing the result of my services.

What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction! The smile that customers have after seeing the result of the services they choose is priceless, which lead to my biggest belief - "Customer satisfaction is not a goal, it's a promise".

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I've received hug, hand shake, double hand shake and sometime screaming, but the best reaction i've ever gotten from a customer was a sincere appreciation from the very bottom of their heart.
