I’ve been to the Los Al location for a brow, chin, and lip service a few times on a Groupon over the last 2 years or so. The service is good and They do a through job but it’s seems whomever does the service always makes a stupid comment to ruin my experience. Usually it’s “your face is so dry” yes I’m aware but be a little more tactful to your clients...
The woman who did my eyebrows did a pretty good job. She was super fast. Wasn’t super friendly and didn’t do any kind of massage on the eyebrows like the other place I go to, but it was good enough. They have great deals, too.
It was ok the lady who threaded my eyebrows was quick. When I got home I noticed she missed several areas that I then had to go over and clean up with tweezers.
She cut me by both eye brows.
My Mom got her Eyebrows Threading done here at Zara. She likes the way her brows shape was done she doesnt have much hair so she told them to keep them on the thicker side. She also got her Arms waxing done & her legs wax. They also offer Facials for skin cleansing. We will be back to try another service. Prices are also reasonable.

The woman who did my service was very friendly and helpful, she did an awesome job. The prices are very reasonable even without the Groupon, and they have a loyalty card. I will be coming back for threading. Clean shop, convenient location, right next door to a Starbucks!

I went twice and both times the woman working there made me feel uncomfortable because I was using a Groupon.
Poor job. Didn't listen to my requests.
