If I could give it 0 stars I would. I needed to let some time past before I write a review because I still cant believe how bad the experience was. I bought a Groupon and went there early in the morning. Celia did show up on time and in the beginning I had a good vibe. She told me that I will need to pay extra because of length of my hair over the phone so I was ready for that even though Groupon doesn't mention this. I showed her the picture of a girl with red and brown highlights, which I already did before and my hair reacted well. I have a reddish tone anyway so I just needed some refreshing. She told me the picture cant be done on my hair unless we color everything red and then put the highlights but that she has an idea of how she will do it. And I said ok. She proceeded to put the highlights only on some parts of my hair, only one tone, definitely not what we discusses but I was thinking she has a plan. After she took the foil off I saw how bad it was. Basically she just bleached parts of my hair and they got dry and tangled and I was basically a brown and white tiger. Once she started to cut my hair another customer came in and she was just chopping with no obvious plan. She didn't even blow dry it because she was in a hurry and I was a big crazy mess. I was shocked. I started telling her this is not what I wanted, has nothing to do with the pictures, I have a meeting later and I am embarrassed to walk out in the street. She was like just wear it a couple of days and call me if you really don't like it. If I haven't already buy the coupon I would refuse to pay. Sorry for the long post but I really don't complain much about hairdressers, If they cut too much I am always like its gonna grow out, but this was the worst experience of my life. As soon as I got out I found the closest hairdresser to fix at least the color so I don't walk the streets looking like this. It took her two layers of color because the first one, being just bleached went orange. So not only did I not save money, I paid twice as much to get to my natural hair color.
