She was overwhelmed by the Groupon experience. The service provided was much abbreviated from the one described. More upseting was how rude she was to people redeeming or trying to redeem (I was able to observe her deal with myself and another Groupon redeemer in person as well as listen to her handle several phone calls). In this case she lost the opportunity to gain a new client. Groupon needs to make a better effort to assure those service providers who participate can handle the increased volume and service providers who participate need to treat the Groupon customers with respect and provide the service described.

THey should not call their mani-edi a "deluxe" service as they do not have the amenities and do not give the service that goes with a deluxe mani-pedi.

No cancellations is a strange, not convenient scheduling way. Massage is definitely not deluxe.

Not great customer service - talking on the phone, making appointments, and talking about your other clients is a great way to get people to want to come back. Also, don't rush your appointments and then end 10 minutes early.
