What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Unlike our competition, APF works within basic kinesiology principles that, when properly applied to non-medical cases, provide for a sustainable pain free life. We interview and identify the needs and capabilities of the individual or group, working within specific parameter to guarantee results.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We prescribe various fitness programs to keep our clients motivated. From indoor to outdoor. Plyometrics, isometrics, agility, track and field routines and many more.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for health and wellness was my motivation to start Action Plan Fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the process. When I see a client's starting point then the end result...that's what I live for! I love watching the progression of my clients. It's the most rewarding experience.
