I made a plan for my five day of meals and was really excited to try out Annie's Edibles! However, the driver came at 11 PM instead of at 5 AM like I had been told over the phone When he buzzed in, he didn't tell me he was the Annies delivery guy and seeing as it was in the middle of the night I did not buzz a stranger into my building. When I received an email the next day telling me I missed my delivery, I explained why this had happened as it was outside of what I had been informed of in terms of the delivery. It also became clear that they mistakenly never sent me the confirmation email that details the delivery information. Even still, they refused to give me the two days of meals that I missed by not letting the delivery guy into my building to drop off the food- even though it was no fault of my own and a miscommunication on their end.
