Baby Boot Camp classes are led by nationally certified instructors specifically trained in prenatal and postpartum fitness

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Moms are motivated by regular challenges through out the year. Also having their kids in class is a great motivation, moms want to be the best example for their kids.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a mom myself, I started working out with Baby Boot Camp when my son was 2 month old. It was the best thing for me!
