The guys were nice and very young. During the first hour, they were chitchatting and standing around looking at each other wrap or stack. At one point, all 3 men would be going in the elevator together when 1 of them is clearly not doing anything. I was told the additional hour would be $160 each hour, so I finally talked to the guys and asked them to be more efficient. They argued a little but obviously knew exactly what I was talking about. They became more considerate and worked more efficiently after our talk. However they were still all standing at the truck figuring out how to arrange everything. honestly the $160 per hour was way over priced. 2 men couldn't done the same job, as the 3rd person is just not adding much. He is mostly just spotting. During the last hour of my unloading, one guy pretty much just stopped working. I saw him arranging and organizing his truck. i had to ask him to help me lift boxes. He politely did. At the end i was charged 3 hours more. $480 additional to the $230 voucher. I have moved more than 10 times in my life. This move was supposed to be under $500 with 2 men, not $700+. Extremely disappointed. They charged me an extra hour for not working at all.
