What You'll Get
Every local community has a story, a history, and a unique personality that cannot be replicated. This is often thanks to specialized, small-scale businesses, like this one, which contribute to a neighborhood’s distinctive character and promote a thriving ecosystem in their community. Small, independent businesses offer diverse products and services, fostering economic resilience by removing the local economy’s dependence on a single industry. When you buy local, you build local, and deepen your connection to your own community.
As a result, patronizing a local business like this is an act of community building. Check out their website to learn more about the local experience you can discover today.

About A Chat with Body Love by Bri
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As I get ready for my own wedding day, we will work together as a team sweating out the stress, toning arms, sculpting abs, and burning an insane amount of calories with my specialized 'bride to be' HIIT routine.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Working out should feel like dancing, it is hard work, but exhilarating at the same time. With great music, and a fresh outdoor environment, I keep it fun, positive, and uplifting. I make sure to create a challenge physically and mentally in every workout that people are inspired to overcome.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being newly engaged myself, as a personal training I started reflecting on what would help me look and feel my best for my own wedding day. Looking great is one of them, but overall peace of mind leading up to the big day is just as important. I want to help inspire people to have both.
What do you love most about your job?
Bridal Boot Camp is a community of women coming together who are all striving for the same goal. We support each other, talk about the ups and downs of planning, all while having fun and getting fit! I love watching that support system come alive.
