Was not happy with them at all. At the second he hit the door he tried up selling me something else and and basically told me that the service was basically water and no cleaning solution. How do you clean with no cleaning solution? So basically I payed for someone to come wet my carpet. Complete waste of money and time.

They cancelled the first scheduled cleaning and the n rescheduled. 'they almost forgot my new appt until I called. They did a very bad job cleaning the carpet even after I paid additional money for a "deep" cleaning. They have not returned any of my calls and now the phone does not answer. I ended up using a home carpet cleaner and got the carpet cleaner then they did.

Not worth it coz they charge u extra for using detergent. So basically was using plain water to clean carpet.

False advertisting. If you advertise "carpet cleaning' they no matter how dirty your carpets are they should be cleaned after the job is done. Not someone telling me that this carpet needs a deep cleaning and that you will see more stains once I steam clean the carpets if you don't do a deep cleaning. Then charging an extra $200. Should be more specific when they advertise. Never going back to this carpet cleaner.

They were OK, did what I expected, but the salesman tried everything in "the book" to get me to upgrade and spend more. When I didn't agree, he was grouchy, and left puddles of water in the bathroom for me to mop up. I did not like his attitude.

They weren't honest about the service they were providing. Once they got to my house they told me what I bought wouldn't clean my carpet(which has very light stains, nothing colored like red wine or colored stains). So I had to pay an additional $50

Upon arriving at my house they immediately tried to up sell the service. When I heard the price of the service I said no. They then discounted it. Again I said no. They tried to charge more than the groupon. In told them to leave

When the carpet cleaning service arrived and inspected the rooms, they instantly began to up sell their services for "deep carpet cleaning" and additional charges for "spots" on the carpet. I had paid $49 for three rooms. They only accepted to do two rooms and charged me another $70 for two additional rooms and deep cleaning to remove the spots. So, at the end of the day, I paid a total of $119 and the spots are still there!!!
