This is my first time using Groupon. The instructions are not fairly explain. I purchased a coupon and tried to order on the website, but I couldn't redeem my coupon. Now it saying I redeemed my coupon, so I'm confused.

Actually, I never was able to use it. I tried to redeem one, I couldn’t find any place to enter the voucher number, just ordered two last night and I’m already regretting it. I need to redo this or I need my money back.

Ordered 2 bottles of the hair serum and haven’t received my items. I did go through Groupon and I’m trying to get my money back. My order was placed in July 11th. I spoke with a rep from the company yesterday about the order and still no response from Groupon or the Hollywood Hair Bar.

Has not gotten my product yet, no return email with me asking them about my product. It still at there place of business. Not to happy with them!!!!😤😡
