your questions aren't worded easily enough to answer knowing what your actually asking. prior to the groupon, i had not been to sherman oaks dental. i'm assuming that's what you're asking, but now that i have been, the way you worded that is a bit weird. maybe go with "had you been there before?" ???
anyways... i sat and waited for almost an hour for an early morning appointment w/ no explanation why they were running late before i got called in to a room. the cleaning was pretty painless and their advice was pretty normal. i spoke w/ the dentist for a coupla minutes to mention a specific issue. i was told he'd come in and take a look and he never did. when i inquired again i was told he was in another appointment and would see me when he was finished. i waited for another 15 minutes or so and finally the receptionist came to tell me that i'd have to book another appointment to talk to him b/c he was involved in some sort of emergency appointment. *if it was an emergency that kept him, why wasn't that mentioned from the beginning!?!* i wouldn't have waited around for so long.
i was told the subsequent appointment would not cost me anything, but why would i make another appointment to go back there if i got treated so poorly on my first visit. if they did the groupon to bring in new patients, they certainly aren't doing a good job of converting them to long time customers.
