Great experience all around. Greeted as I walked in. Offered drinks while waiting. Asked about my day and responded genuinely to what I was saying.
Gave me a thorough explanation for what I have going on and the steps to take to fixing the problem. Gentle with their procedures.
I definitely recommend.

I appreciate a dentist who explains in detail what s/he is going to do so that you know what to expect, and why it is being done. This describes my experience with this dental office exactly. I highly recommend Smile Dzine.

Very nice surgery in an excellent quiet part of town. Excellent staff, especially the dental nurse. However, the voucher for cleaning was not sufficient for a full clean (unlike other dentist’s $35 vouchers which have been). Whilst in the examination chair I was told I would have to pay an additional $125 which I reluctantly agreed to. What followed was the most aggressive/painful cleaning ever.

Groupon patients are treated like they did something wrong by purchasing a voucher. Dentist is triple booking and made me wait nearly 2 hours for a basic cleaning after I was the first patient booked Monday at 9am. I arrived on time. Then, a patient who walked in late was taken before me even though I was there first. A third patient was also scheduled for 9am but they managed to move that patient to 4p. After 2 hours and feeding the parking meter twice (there's no parking), I left without my cleaning so I could make it to work on time. I never imagined after almost 2 hours I would still be waiting for the dentist to complete my cleaning. I told the dentist this was unreasonable. Also, if you book through Groupon then need your X-rays transferred, they charge $185. This dentist has questionable business practices.

The experience was overall nice, the dental hygienist was very and kind. She made the experience worthwhile; however, the dentist was very rude and not welcoming. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a new dental home here - I didn't and will not return.
