Trainer Tanya Evans-Norris crafts fitness routines suited for stay-at-home moms and celebrities alike. This versatility has earned her spots on Oprah and ESPN’s Crunch Fitness, as well as write-ups in Us Weekly. At her fitness studio, The Wellness Loft, she focuses on one regimen in particular: TNoMethod circuit training. Tanya co-designed the program with her husband, Hall of Fame boxer Terry Norris; the well-rounded workout mixes boxing and kickboxing moves with core conditioning, as well as flexibility work more effective than stretching a rubber band in front of muscles until they get jealous. To round out the sessions’ curricula and help improve overall health, Tanya also comes up with basic meal-planning stratagems with her clients.
