What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My strategy as an instructor is to incorporate mindfulness in the craft of sewing. I teach with the thought that your surroundings and your mindset are the key elements to the completion of a successful creative project. I begin class with a meditation as well as tea ceremony to relax the mind.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
I provide all required materials including a sewing machine if you do not have one. It is preferred that you use your own home machine if you have one so you can get comfortable with it!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have had a passion for the craft since I was seven years old. I began teaching classes when a few of my girlfriends asked if I would create a class for them. I have fallen in love with teaching and inspiring others to discover their artistic self!

What do you love most about your job?
What I absolutely love about my job is that I create the opportunity for people to take a break from their hectic lives and busy work weeks for at least two hours a week and open up the doorway to letting themselves go and becoming an artist.
