With there being so many known benefits to adding exercise, mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation into daily routines, many studies are pointing to yoga as a great answer to a variety of health ailments. Om House offers many styles, levels, and variations of yoga including yoga for beginners, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, and power yoga. They also offer boot camp-like classes with weights and cardio intervals, as well as their new “House Blend” class which incorporates yoga, weights, and barre methods into one unique class. Om House holds over 33 classes a week to choose from, led by 9 highly experienced instructors. Check out some of Om House Yoga's specific offerings:
Heated classes: Om House Yoga offers a variety of heated classes, which are designed to deepen stretches and detoxify bodies. Vinyasa yoga, flow yoga, and high-intensity interval training are all held in warm-to-hot temperatures created by infrared heat. The system provides natural-feeling warmth—like from the sun—that's free of the dust and allergens blown about by the forced-air systems used by most studios.
Non-heated classes: Slow flow, restorative yoga, vinyasa, and children's yoga are all held in a room-temperature environment. Students are encouraged to use each yoga class as a mental outlet and a chance to reset amid a day full of stresses. And, thanks to the studio's childcare, students are better able to let their cares fade away.
Childcare: During class time, both members and drop-in practitioners are allowed to leave their children in the care of the CPR-certified Om House staff. It only requires a small fee, and advanced notice isn't necessary. The staff supervises children aged 1–11 in quiet play.
