The quick turnaround on my Christmas photo cards was amazing, and the cards turned out well. However, the sales associate, who began our interaction well, became cool and unresponsive after we asked him in a friendly way about his unusual name. I had just complimented him on how quickly our order had been completed. As soon as we asked him about his name he became cool and my two attempts to thank him for our cards were not acknowledged. Very unprofessional.

From Our Editors

The journey from confusion to organization doesn't have to be a long one. Often enough, it's the length of one tiny strip of metal—the staple that holds a school paper together, or attaches a cover letter to a résumé. Staples doesn't carry staples exclusively, of course, but for 28 years, they've aspired to create that same sense of effortless order. Their library of products covers everything from business cards and postcards to signs and banners, all of which aim to help you market your business more effectively.

You will of course also find the normal library of office supplies and furniture, while the technology aisles feature more advanced gear: cameras, phones, label makers, tablets, and laptops from popular brands. Their Copy & Print Centers churn out professional documents, business cards, photo gifts, and more. And, though Staples' focus is work, the stores can also furnish break rooms with chairs and coffeemakers.
