The Yoga Stand's friendly, experienced head instructor is dedicated to the Vinyasa yoga discipline and offers two distinct classes. Vinyasa strives to channel the "energy that flows without resistance," helping to strengthen and balance the masts of your soul vessel until it gently glides toward soothing jets of remote Jacuzzi seas. The Beginning Vinyasa classes — particularly fitting for new practitioners — emphasize the fundamentals of movement and the development of a relaxed sense of awareness. Alternately, the Baptiste Power Vinyasa class, or power yoga, builds on the basics while gently nudging muscles toward increased endurance, flexibility, and strength. The relaxed elasticity extends to the class schedule which showcases morning and evening sessions.
