Insights and Moxie was created to help people reach their personal and professional development goals.

I started the classes as a way to help my friends and co workers overcome their challenges and feel more comfortable and confident. Over time it grew and now I get to help people from all over find their charisma, communicate more engagingly, develop their presence and overcome personal roadblocks.

Each person has unique goals and needs. So each class is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the class members.

Class sizes are kept small so classes each member of the class gets attention and training specific to them.
