Waited for 45 mins during open hours for the employee to be at the stand! Then he was rude when when ordering and discussing my pickup time. Requested I call later in the week to confirm the time and then was very rude in telling me it didn't matter.

Prices r not listed @site, and the deal is really not a deal. Very overpriced.

I visited the store at East Towne Mall in Madison, WI. The young man who helped us, Michael, couldn't have been nicer. He had fresh chocolate cookies waiting for us (I had called ahead) and we enjoyed our experience and the cookies very much--it was my friend's birthday! Thanks--Jeanne

They make the cookie cake fresh...so expect to wait two hours. Otherwise, it was a nice, customized cake!

It was very expensive, even with the coupon. I would never pay $2.00 for a small cookie. On the positive side, they were very good.

The voucher was for $6 toward menu item when I purchased the deal. When I redeem it the owner said it was only for 3 cookies. Well if I knew it was only for cookies I wouldn't get the deal.
