This service has an attitude and a rude disposition. This deal expired unused as they refused to perform services at a convenient time and at a location that was included within their area.
The response I received from a request for an appointment was was bully-ish and very curt - all the conditions that prevented from a working family to get the service done in due time.
They need to be more honest in their ads - being very finicky and uncompromising over time/locations, and being unapologetically iron-handed about their broken promises is the worst serviuce I have had here.

Contacted the company multiple times and got back emails that were vague. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment and use my coupon. It was impossible to do so.

I gave them a thumbs down because they were never able to come clean my house. Finally they sent an email and said to contact Groupon for a refund. I am disappointed as it sounded like a good deal.

Horrible customer service and shady dealings They called me 20 mins after their 1to3pm response and the owner Lori yelled at me stating, "we're only 20 mins late, you ever hear of traffic? !" I stated, ma'am no need to be rude, all I expected was a courtesy call to say you're running late Before hanging up on me she told me my service is cancelled and I can take it up with Groupon for a refund

This company was WONDERFUL! They were extremely attentive to detail and very very nice! I will definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend their services!
